I'm the Founder

Dharmendra Dhanjani

Dharmendra Dhanjani, A Chartered Accountant and seasoned banking professional with over 13 years of extensive experience in the banking sector spanning PSU, Private and Multi National Bank. Throughout his career, he has held key positions at Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank and Citibank. Experience encompasses various segments, including underwriting, business development, trade and forex. In his last role, he served as Vice President and Regional Head for the Pune Region in the MEG Segment at Axis Bank. He has started his career in large corporate segment of the company and later transitioned to mid-sized companies addressing their needs through innovative financing solutions and regular trade advisory.

Pranav Gadgil

Pranav Gadgil holds a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Finance, along with a bachelor’s degree in commerce. With over 15 years of experience in banking and financial services, he has developed a strong expertise in corporate finance, credit administration, and SME loans. During his tenure in banking, Pranav has worked across various departments, including Corporate and SME Loans, Trade and Forex, Credit Operations, and Retail Banking. He has a proven track record in structuring corporate loans, conducting credit risk analysis, and managing trade finance operations.

Shilpa Patankar

Shilpa Patankar is a Cost Accountant and seasoned finance professional with over 23 years of experience in fund raising and financial management. She brings deep expertise in credit analysis, financial statement analysis, banking compliance and financial modelling. Shilpa has worked across diverse sectors including infrastructure (roads, hydro, solar, wind), EPC contracting, real estate (including CRE and residential redevelopment), shipping, and manufacturing. During her career, she was a part of the team in listing a major CRE asset in a REIT and Successfully syndicating debt for multiple BOT projects (toll and annuity-based) across India.

V. Balasubramanian, post graduate in commerce and qualified cost accountant with three decades of banking experience, specializing in corporate credit for SME and Mid Corporate clients across India. As a seasoned credit approver for sanction of limits to clients, he has worked across diverse geographies and industry segments—primarily manufacturing, along with trading and services. His deep insight into industrial cycles, client-specific challenges and macroeconomic environments has consistently enabled him to deliver tailored financial solutions. With strong technical expertise and market acumen, he brings a strategic approach to credit evaluation and customer engagement.
